To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Supply & Logistics Coordinator who is ready to grow in a highly innovative environment and significantly contribute to the success of our company.

 

Your Mission

As the Supply & Logistics Coordinator, you will provide effective support in day-to-day logistics operations and contribute to the optimal coordination of our supply chain. 

Interface with Accounting 

  • Coordinate between accounting and operational departments. 
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and reports. 

Supply Chain Focus

  • Monitor and optimize supply chain processes. 
  • Procure and manage materials and resources.
  • Package preparation & tracking.
  • Customs paperwork preparation and submission. 

Coordination between Malawi/Switzerland 

  • Facilitate collaboration between teams in Malawi and Switzerland. 
  • Organize international manufacturing projects and deliveries. 
  • Travel 3 – 4 times a year to Malawi, Africa. 

Office Management 

  • Ensure a well-organized and tidy office environment. 
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with service providers.

 

 

    What you bring

    Requirements:  

    • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working. 
    • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. 
    • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 
    • High level of responsibility and initiative. 
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and modern organizational and communication tools. 
    • Interest in technology and innovation. 
    • Solutions oriented.
