Your Mission During This Flight:

  • Administrative Support: You are the central hub of the administrative area and support the management in all organizational and administrative tasks.
  • Interface to Accounting/HR: You work closely with the accounting and HR management and provide support as needed.
  • Support for Social Media: You help coordinate and optimize our Social Media Appearance
  • Errands and Purchases: You run errands and are responsible for procuring necessary materials and services.
  • Office Organization: You ensure smooth office operations and are responsible for office organization and management.

Check In Your Professional Skills:

  • Language Skills: Excellent English skills as well as fluent German in both spoken and written form.
  • Driver's License: Class B.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Previous experience in accounting is an advantage.
  • Independent Work: High motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Good Team Player: Strong team spirit and social skills.
